If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Site or purchase our products. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order on our Site. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older, that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, and that all information you provide to us is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or close accounts at our discretion.

While we endeavour to ensure accuracy, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is error-free, complete, or current. Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the Site and are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product formulations at any time. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed for that product.

All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are in addition to the product price.

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products at the stated price. Your order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for reasons including product availability, suspected fraud, or errors in product or pricing information.

We do not store your full card details on our servers. By submitting your payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

If your payment is declined, your order will not be processed and you will be notified to provide alternative payment details.

We ship to the destinations listed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items purchased from our Site pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, re-shipping costs will be charged to you.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

We stand behind our products with a 90-Day Money Back Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 90 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the product purchase price, less any original shipping costs.

To initiate a return:

• We will provide you with return instructions and a return merchandise authorisation (RMA) number.
• Products must be returned in their original or substantially original condition.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned product. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our return policy.

Our products are cosmetic skincare formulations intended for external use only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition or disease. Results may vary between individuals. We recommend performing a patch test before using any new skincare product, particularly if you have sensitive skin or known allergies.

You should discontinue use and consult a medical professional if you experience irritation, adverse reactions, or allergic responses. We are not liable for any adverse reactions arising from failure to follow product instructions or from use inconsistent with the product's intended purpose.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our products shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Natural Pearl Skincare and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of our Site shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including the Australian Consumer Law.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining provisions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
